🎯 Goal

PRO PLAN Live Product Customizer allows your customers to:

Enter custom text (e.g., engraving name)
Choose a custom font or color
See the text rendered live on a product mockup image

Step 1: Upload Your Base Mockup Image

This will be the product image where personalization appears.

Go to Edit your option set
Open the Preview / Personalize section
Upload your base image (e.g., wallet mockup)
Ensure the image is centered and properly scaled

Step 2: Create the Custom Text Field

This is the text customers will enter.

Go to the Options tab
Click Add Option
Select Text Field
Name it something like: Print Content or Engraving Text
Configure: Placeholder text (e.g., “Enter your name”), Character limit (recommended for engraving), Required or optional ✅ Save the option. This option will later be linked to the preview layer.

Step 3: Create a Font Picker Option

This lets customers choose typography.

Click Add Option and add a Font Picker
Name it something like: Engraving Font

Step 1: Install & Access the App

Log in to your Shopify Admin
Install and open the Widerruf Button app

Step 2: Add the Widerruf Button to Your Theme

The app works via Theme App Blocks.

Go to Online Store → Themes
Click Customize
Add the Widerruf Button block

Step 3: Customize the Form & Email

Step 4: Create a Test Order

To fully test the app:

Place a test order in your store
You can use: A logged-in customer account or guest checkout Make sure the order is successfully created before testing the withdrawal.

2️⃣ Revoke (Withdraw) an Order

You can test withdrawals from either:

A logged-in customer account
A guest customer session

Confirm and submit the withdrawal request After submission:

A PDF copy is generated for the customer
The request is saved in your admin logs (UTC time)
