How to Accept Our Collaborator Request
When you contact our support channels, we might send you a collaborator request. The collaborator role will help us
- Identify issues directly inside your store
- Configure app settings correctly
- Fix theme or integration problems faster
- Provide accurate support without back-and-forth
We only request the permissions necessary for your specific issue.
Here's how you can approve our collaborator request
- Log in to your Shopify admin dashboard
- Navigate to: Settings → Users and permissions

- Scroll down to the Collaborators section
- Look for a pending request from SeedGrow
- Click Review request

- Click Accept request

- Once approved, our team will gain access to assist you
Once you have accepted the collaborator request, please let the agent know so our developers can start debugging the store.
